All servers come with a (one month free management solution) plan, cPanel will need to be ordered in association with your Dedicated Server for the active plan to come in to effect, without the use of cPanel on your system the support services will be forfeighted.

Terms. 1. The use of Dedicated Services for the use of SPAM or other acts of illegal activity will not be permitted under the SpeedySparrow Network at any stage. 2. Acts that may be used for hate purporse or acts of violence or to spread acts of other hate and or violence will not be permitted. 3. Dedicated Services are provided as an upgrade to existing customers and to new customers seeking to expand their horizons and their personal websites, either for the purpose of a service upgrade or to service the systems for their own business needs, at any stage will the service no be used for anything other than legal purposes. 4. Dedicated Services are ordered on a monthly term only, extended terms please contact SpeedySparrow for more information and how to get extensions on your services as required. 5. Add-on services are charged monthly along side your service bill. 6. Dedicated Servers not paid for on and/or prior to the billing date will be suspended 8. Payments not made for overdue bills of up to 15 days will be terminated. Payments for any Dedicated Server will be due on and/or before the billing date to remain active (if payment is not received on and/or prior to the billing date the Dedicated Server will be suspended per our terms of service).
Setup. 1. Setup is pre-pared after initial order of your dedicated box, if you require additional IP's assigned to your dedicated box you will need to fill out the SpeedySparrow justification form and apply how many IP's are required and for what purpose you will be using them for, IP's will not be assigned on the basis of (SEO Related Services). 2. Setup time-frames will vary from 24-72hrs depending on the allocation of the IP's and whether they are approved by the (ARIN) American Registry of Internet Numbers. 3. If your setup is not processed within the current time-frame outlined and if your sevice is not available to you after this time you may be eligible for a partial discount based on the reasons outlined, if your dedicated box is not available to you after these hours in connection with (IP's) and or paperwork not being addressed properly this will be forfeighted.
