Where uptime is crucial
SpeedySparrow reserves the right to cancel or negotiate a refund on third party source applications to where uptime can be manipulated or possible monitor incorrectly. Third party applications that are highly inaccurate will not count towards your uptime statistics and will not be counted towards proof of refunds under our service level agreement.
SpeedySparrow monitors all of it's servers both in-house and via Pingdom services, refunds will be granted on the services respectively and refunds will be paid to appropriate clients and through methods of payment. If you require a refund under our service level agreement, click here.
